There’s even a wide variety of colors, patterns, and options to personalize it to your locale. Michigan’s Abandoned Dinosaur Park

“The Prehistoric Forest reportedly opened in 1963 and closed in 1999. At one point, this eight-acre property had a waterfall, a smoking volcano, and a waterslide. Now it just has dilapidated dinosaurs by sculptor James Q. Sidwell, fences and motion sensors (to keep out vandals), and the ghostly laughter of unborn dinosaur babies lurking around every corner. This is definitely one of those places that’s more unsettling in the daytime.”

Not only is it left at the mercy of the elements, this prehistoric park could be also yours for the asking price of $548,000!

Couch Cushion Architecture

Who wasn’t a fan of building couch fortifications?

“Unrepresented and ignored for too long in the architectural industry, today’s post pays respect to the wonders of couch cushion architecture. We’ve rounded up a (mostly) admirable collection of projects, taken from a randomly conducted search on the internet.”   source

Flowing City Coasters

“Modeled after the city of Taipei in Taiwan, these coasters will slowly flood on a hot Summer’s day when used with a beverage cold enough to product significant condensation on the outside of the glass. First the river will fill up, and as the flood waters continue to rise they’ll make their way into the miniature city via its narrow streets and alleyways. A set of 2 with either a black or clear finish is available from MollaSpace for $12.”

Leica Pinmaster

Leica, the brand famous for their cameras, is introducing a new gadget to help golfers get “closest to the pin”. A staple of charity golf tournaments, corporate outings and amateur golf tourneys; “closest to the pin” is a contest that involves getting tee shots that make it on the green the closest distance to the flagstick. The Pinmaster Rangefinder is a tool that gives golfers the upper hand by measuring the exact distance to the pin. With a range of up to 820 yards, all the user needs to do is aim the Pinmaster’s eye-safe laser beam at the pin. It also features a 7x magnification and a large field view of 347 feet at a distance of 1,000 yards (ideal for playing peeping tom).”  (via SwipeLife)
